Books I Wrote While Healing

Updated: 23 hours ago

Writing has been one of the biggest parts of my healing journey. Some parts of these books were written when I was at my lowest, some were written while I was healing, and some were written when I finally started seeing light again. These are not just books to me. They are pieces of my story, pieces of my heart, and pieces of my journey with anxiety, depression, faith, and hope. If you decide to read any of them, thank you for allowing my words to sit with you in your quiet moments.

Seen in the Dark: From Depression to Quiet Hope

Seen in the Dark is my personal story of walking through depression, anxiety, confusion, faith, and healing. It is an honest account of what it feels like to slowly lose yourself, to feel trapped in your own mind, and to search for light when everything feels dark and heavy. This book is not written from a place of perfection, but from a place of survival. It tells the story of pain, fear, hopelessness, faith, and the slow journey back to hope. It is the story of learning that even in the darkest moments of our lives, God is still present, even when we cannot see Him or feel Him. This book is for anyone who has ever felt lost, overwhelmed, tired of life, or alone in their struggles. It is a reminder that darkness is not the end of the story, healing is possible, and there is still hope even when life feels impossible.

Friendship: To Serve or To Be Served?

This book is a reflection on the true meaning of friendship in a world where many relationships are built on convenience and personal benefit. It asks an important question: Are we in friendships to serve, or to be served? Through personal reflection, faith, and honest observations about human relationships, this book explores what genuine friendship looks like, the pain of one-sided friendships, and how we can build meaningful, selfless, and God-centered relationships.

When Faith Asks Why: Poems from the Valley, the Silence, and the Hope Beyond

This poetry collection was written during some of the most difficult seasons of my life, when I was struggling deeply with anxiety, depression, grief, and trying to find meaning in my pain. Writing became my way of processing emotions I could not explain, prayers I could not always say out loud, and thoughts I did not know how to share with the world. These poems are honest, raw, and deeply personal. They speak about darkness, loneliness, faith, healing, and hope. This book is for anyone who has ever felt lost, overwhelmed, tired of being strong, or alone in their struggles. If you are struggling, this is my gift to you. No catch, no costs. Just a reminder that God can handle your honesty. Tap the button below to get it for free.

Thank you for supporting my writing and allowing me to share my story with you. I never started writing because I wanted to become an author. I started writing because I was trying to survive, trying to understand my pain, and trying to make sense of my life. If my words help even one person feel less alone, then every page was worth writing.

I would love for you to continue this journey with me on Instagram. That is where I share more of my personal story with anxiety and depression- not just the pain, but the faith, the healing, the questions, and the hope. My goal is to raise awareness, educate, and give words to those who are struggling but cannot explain what they are feeling. If you have ever felt alone in your mind, misunderstood, or tired of pretending you are okay, I write for you.
